Coaching Supervision

We work with a number of experienced and less experienced executive coaches in one to one coaching supervision and in supervision groups. We offer face to face sessions in Exeter and London, and Skype or telephone supervision. We see supervision as a process of co-created reflection on practice, through which professional standards can be upheld and the client protected, the coach's growth as a practitioner can be enhanced and they can continue to renew or build their enthusiasm for their work. We offer supervision for internal coaching groups and for independent coaches in private practice. We bring a psycho-relational approach to the supervision, using applied psychotherapy to explore what is happening in the coaching relationship and how the coach might work with that new understanding. This can help coaches who don't have a psychological training to build up some understanding of the developmental psychology and the impact on the coaching process.
