Development Groups using Systemic Constellations Approaches

Over the last 4 years Julia has trained in the facilitation and application of Systemic Constellations theory and practice. This is an approach which helps illuminate the psych-social-emotional dynamics within a work, family or personal system. We use these approaches in executive and team coaching, and in action learning sets, where it is appropriate and relevant. We also run systemic constellations groups within organisations and as professional development groups.

The approach uses objects or people to represent elements of a given system (as defined by an individual); using this representation of the system elements, those involved use their phenomenological experience to bring insight to the out of awareness dynamics. It allows us to get below the surface and see what might be 'really going on' and impacting on what can be achieved on the surface.
It is my intention to set up Systemic Constellation Development Groups for Women in Leadership and other groupings; these will run in Exeter.
