Executive Coaching

Our aim in coaching is to enable the client to do the best thinking they can to develop insight into their behavour, feelings or inner experience, assumptions and patterns of thinking. This is with the aim of enabling deeper self-awareness and emotional intelligence in order to progress the goals they have set for their personal and professional development. We work with the inner person as well as how the individual can enhance their impact on and effectiveness in their outer world and relationships. We also enable the individual to explore their role and role identity, as well as the system of which they are a part.

Executive Coaching is confidential and non-directive; it is not about giving advice. It provides a space for the client to have some 'me' time away from the pressures and demands of the increasingly pressurised work environment. It is goal and future-focused, using the 'here and now' as action learning material, and using the past to inform the development and movement into the future. Our approach is holistic, that is the whole of the client's life can come into the coaching; the agenda is set by the client so they chose where to focus attention.

We provide psychologically informed Executive Coaching, which aims to be supportive to the individual and to provide sufficient and appropriate challenge to enable development and change. We hope that clients will use the Coaching to bring about transformations within themselves and, by so doing, liberate more of their potential and achieve meaning and fulfilment in their personal and professional lives.
We are trained in giving feedback on a range of 360-degree feedback tools, and in the use of several personality indicator and behaviour feedback instruments. We encourage our clients to seek and use feedback from those around them, and use the other instruments to inform self-understanding.

Our clients come to us for a wide range of reasons:

        New into a role
Going through an organisational or role transition
Wanting to enhance their effectiveness and impact
        Wanting to prepare for promotion
        Career transition
