Institute of Leadership and Management

Anaptys Ltd is an Approved Centre with the Institute of Leadership and Management for the provision of the following programmes:

        Endorsed Coaching Supervision Programme
        Enhanced Coaching Skills
        Foundation Coaching Skills

We run these in-house, that is in your company or organisation, for internal coaches or as part of leadership and management development. We think the foundation coaching skills may be useful to those taking up Clinical Commissioning as part of the coalition Government's NHS policy changes. We may also run the Coaching Supervision Programme as an open programme. We have no dates for doing so at the moment.

Up until 2010, we were an Accredited Centre for the provision of Level 5 and Level 7 post-graduate Coaching and Mentoring programmes. Having run these successfully for 3 years we decided to move away from hosting them so we could focus more on our other work.
