Anaptys
Ltd is a small organisation with two Directors, Julia Vaughan Smith and Don Oldham,
working within a professional network of consultants from other organisations
including Really Learning, Strategenius Ltd, Binneford Consulting and Management
Futures/Coaching Futures. 
Julia
Vaughan Smith.
Julia
Vaughan Smith is a creative and strategic thinker, an insightful consultant, stimulating
facilitator and a transformational coach. She is a qualified, UKCP registered,
Integrative Psychotherapist; a Member of the Institute of Management Consultancy
and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has associations
with the Centre for Leadership Studies, Exeter University and the Centre for Psycho-Social
Studies, University of the West of England. 
Don
Oldham.
Don
Oldham is a founding Director of Anaptys Ltd, with Julia Vaughan Smith. He is
the administrative and assessment leader for Anaptys Coaching Institute.
He
is licensed to use a range of psychometric instruments, is a qualified vocational
assessor, internal and external verifier. Don is also an author and editor of
training materials and manuals and a skilled project manager. He is a member of
the Society of Authors.
